I got very senior quite young and for years, I struggled with public speaking anxiety myself. Despite being super capable, and well prepared, I used to get panic attacks my fear was so all encompassing.

What frustrated me most was the crap advice: "Just be confident," "Imagine the audience in their underwear," or "Fake it until you make it." None of it addressed what was really happening for me.

I went on a journey that took me out of leadership, into psychotherapy education, then coaching and back into leadership
